What do I do if my order doesn’t fit me?
If you order a garment that does not fit you correctly, Lil’ Mama will happily exchange it for another size, providing it has been returned to us in the same unused saleable condition with all tags attached within 7 working days. Lil’ Mama is not responsible for extra postage costs incurred.
I ordered the wrong size.
If you happen to order a garment that you believe does not fit you correctly, Lil’ Mama will happily exchange it for another size, providing it has been returned to us in the same unused saleable condition with all tags attached within 7 working days.
I have changed my mind.
If you do not love your new Lil’ Mama purchase we are happy to exchange item for another nominated by you, providing it has been returned to us in the same unused saleable condition with all tags attached within 7 working days. We will either exchange it for an item/s of the same value or will provide you with a credit note valid for 3 months, minus the cost of postage. Lil’ Mama is not responsible for extra postage costs incurred.
My garment is faulty.
At Lil’ Mama we pride ourselves on quality garments, however if on the very rare occasion you receive a garment you believe to be faulty or damaged please return it to us immediately with tags for a full exchange or refund, with an explanation of the fault of damage. Disclaimer – This does not apply to buttons, finishings or items that have not been laundered or cared for according to their instructions.
Exchanges
Lil’ Mama will happily exchange, any purchase, given that the item/s are returned in the same unused, saleable condition with all tags attached within 7 working days and that the exchanged item in question is in stock. Lil’ Mama is not responsible for any extra postage costs incurred.
Can I get a refund?
Lil’ Mama does not give refunds unless the garments are damaged or faulty. In order to be eligible for a refund, the damaged or faulty item/s in question should be returned to Lil’ Mama within 7 days to ensure a full refund. Items purchased that are not laundered or cared for according to their instructions will NOT be eligible for a refund.
What do I do if I have received the wrong merchandise?
Should you have received an incorrect item, return it to us immediately. As long as the garment is returned to us in the same condition with all tags attached within 7 working days ALL shipping costs associated with this error will be refunded.
I have lost a button and the spare what can I do now?
Each Lil’ Mama garment that features Swarovski Crystal buttons comes with a spare. If you happen to need extra buttons we will happily provide you a new buttons at the cost of $5.00 each including postage. To order buttons please email us at sales@lilmama.com.au with you request of how many buttons, which garment they are required for, and what size your garment is. Also include your name, contact number and postal address.
